Emily W. Jipp

Emily began her career clerking for Judge Squire N. Williams of the 48th Judicial Circuit Family Court in Kentucky where she was born and raised. Throughout her career working both as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney in Kentucky and Michigan, Emily has developed an insider’s understanding of the charging process, court proceedings and strategies of prosecuting attorney’s offices Statewide. Emily has expertise in handling sex crimes, assaultive crimes, and drug offenses. She has over a decade of experience both as a trial attorney and in assisting clients in maneuvering through their most stressful, complicated and life altering experiences. Given her extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the legal system, you can rest assured that your case is in the right hands.

After leaving her clerkship, Emily first worked representing indigent defendants with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. She then joined the Franklin County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor. In 2016 Emily relocated with her family to Michigan where she joined the Allegan County Prosecuting Attorney’s office handling thousands of cases from initial investigation through trial and sentencing. She has recently joined the Wolf Law Group as a valuable and gifted asset who is ready and able to assist you.
